These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kitchenandfloordecor.com and any purchase you make from Kitchen and Floor Decor, Inc. ("Kitchen and Floor Decor", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, Payment Methods and Privacy Policy.

1. Products and Information

We make every effort to display products, colors, finishes, dimensions and specifications accurately. Actual colors may vary from what you see on your screen, and natural materials can differ from piece to piece. We recommend requesting samples and reviewing specifications before ordering. We may correct errors, update information or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received. Applicable sales tax and delivery charges are shown at checkout.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we confirm it and receive payment or an agreed-upon deposit. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if pricing or product information was incorrect, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, any payment received will be refunded.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, rates and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. All deliveries are curbside. Please inspect your order on delivery and note any visible damage before signing.

6. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

All sales are final. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply as described in our Warranty Policy.

7. Installation

Products are sold for installation by the customer or the customer's contractor unless installation services are purchased separately. Kitchen and Floor Decor is not responsible for damage or defects caused by improper installation, handling, storage or use.

8. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.

9. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Kitchen and Floor Decor or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including labor or installation costs.
